Is it intentional to move binary package name from python3-backoff to python-backoff?
verified from rhel9 kernel:

root package in this update can't be rebuild on rhel9 because of one test failing. Looks exactly like this issue I reported earlier on rhel8: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1997268 It looks like uring support is not in rhel9 kernel, just like it is not in rhel8.
Actually testing got screwed. dnf testing pulled -2.el9 and package got upgraded before I had time to check.
Not fixed. bind9-next-devel still provides bind-devel. That will cause dnf to pull in bind9-next-devel instead of bind-devel causing linking against wrong library.
I'd remove all these provides on epel.

This version is not compatible with rhel9 version of python-cryptography which is 36.0.1-2.el9
I'd suggest dropping this update because packages here can't be build on epel8.
Unfortunately it looks like gcc-toolset-10 which is already EOL is latest one which works for kf5-kio build.
kf5-kio is build with gcc-toolset-9 which is already EOL. Please rebuild with at least gcc-toolset-11 (oldest toolset still suppoted).
There is a minor problem with poco. Package is building against mysql-devel when it should build against mariadb-connector-c-devel like the rhel packages do.

One issue. these epel packages should be build with lower release than rhel9 one. This is with same release which will be real problem if there ever need to be update for this. I'd do this again with release 0.10.
This is rhel7 core package. Please retire this package.
I'd like to second what robert said. Please pull this update back asap.
openjpeg2-2.3.1-3.el7_7 is in rhel7. Please remove this package from epel7. Unfixed issues can only be fixed in rhel7 and this package must be removed from epel7.
