I additionally found missing /usr/share/licenses/iptables/COPYING which was part of iptables subpackage

This update has a missing dependency on FEDORA-2018-bea1e0b465 update which is still in testing repository. That means this package cannot be installed when using kde because stable xdg-desktop-portal-kde has broken dependency with this update and relies on previously released pipewire version.

correction of my last comment: secondary monitor
kwin subpackage package causes secondary desktop to show black screen where one can put windows on but cannot click on the background (no context menu is shown)
