I naively thought they'd have the same API - they don't. So the switch also requires code changes, not just a dependency swap.
This build replaces python3-file-magic with python3-magic, but these packages cannot be installed simultaneously.
If both modules are meant to be imported as import magic, then this is expected unfortunately. It's worth opening a bugzilla and bring this to the maintainers of these modules (I can imagine this was already discussed).
Once these are pushed to stable, I'll update alot. Failing in the meantime https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/6322/131566322/root.log
