Hello, I installed the libtidy and libtidy-devel from epel-testing. Then I compiled php 7.2.23 from php.net with tidy extension. And then I executed php script from https://www.php.net/manual/en/tidy.examples.basic.php and the script produced the expected result. The packages (libtidy and libtidy-devel) work fine for me.
