I would need 6.3.1 in order to build QGIS 3.12.1 in F32. Is this caught in a freeze?

We need a rebuild in a buildroot override and push the two together.

Also, I failed to notice the new 2.18 releases, because release-monitoring only cared about the 3.0s.

I'm not using mod_http_files and I'm not sure what dialback secrets are, but it works for me.

I confirm the dependency problem solved. If you push the update, we can kick off the gdal build.

Can you please push this update if you don't have reasons to hold it back?
