This is not a packaging issue but in switchboard I can not find how to set the gtk theme to elementary theme and change the icon theme too.

I can set the wallpaper with another tool, (eog - eye of gnome).

I do not have gnome installed, I do have cinnamon and very releases ago cinnamon settings are independ of gnome setting, maybe installing the gnome-tweak-tool I can play with this but this will install as dependency the gnome-shell, this could be a issue if for example there are plans to release a pantheon spin of Fedora ;(

And +1 for bump the package release before importing to the repo, this way dnf update the package installed from corp with the package in updates-testing
