Thanks for the feedback python-request was retired from epel7, In this comment looks like it is available in CentOS 7, but not sure if it is in RHEL7 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1082382#c9 I will check the versiÃ³n of python-request in CentOS7 and try to fix the depency, if not I will retire the package from epel7
