Forgot to add the name of the pidfile to the initscript. Unpushing because this will not work. Will submit new update asap.

Read your blog post about this and figured I'd test it. Works for me by just updating and restarting the service. No other maintenance needed so far.
Just sideloaded the Lolipop update onto my Nexus 7 to update it with this. Works fine.
