reproduced #1134348, confirmed fix in -9.
the PHP test just writes a script that calls phpinfo(); and loads it with curl
and checks the output for "PHP Version". I ran it manually on my test VM and it
worked fine here. It can also serve a full ownCloud fine, which is a rather more
robust PHP test. Not sure what went wrong for n0oir.
