glibc-debuginfo and glibc-debuginfo-common incorrectly owned the common debuginfo directories, i.e. /usr/src/debug, /usr/lib/debug and some directories inside /usr/lib/debug. This update removes ownership of those directories. Fix cdefs.h so that __extern_always_inline is usable on llvm. This fixes the FTBFS issue for llvm.
