Systemd version is bumped to 216+. Most changes in 216 and post 216 are bugfixes and small feature additions, too many to individualy backport. Problematic changes (handling of ntp server choice, readahead removal) are not part of this update. Some legacy files (/etc/inittab, utmp, wtmp, btmp, and sysctl files) are moved from initscripts to systemd.
