Update to vaapi 0.36
This update will allow to track libva-1.4x branch which is maintained upstream.
Please verify not to hit this well known issue that is not related to this update: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1123536
Corresponding libva-intel-backend will be made available on the 3rd part repository.
