Support for liveimg ks with local file, various tracebacks fixed, various fixes for help. Btrfs fixes, fixes for entropy, fix to specify NTFS resize target in bytes, added ability to set default fs type for boot partition.

sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2014-14928

Just installed TC2 which includes anaconda-21.48-14-1 and it works Specifically BZ#1140358 (file:///) works
