nft -f doesn't work when the file contains a `reject' rule. I will put detailed description in the bug report.

I hope we can wait for the bug to prevent breaking users settings ... If the bug still doesn't get fixed, I think we can push the update after Linux 3.18 goes into F21 because it doesn't cause settings to fail to load on 3.18.
A patch is available to fix the problem.
