This upgrade has some issue: - some plasmoids have transparent backgroud (e.g. desktop note) - it cause loss of favorites app

Task manager and tray icons not working reliably. Have to be clicked twice/thrice to respond (#356415). Otherwise working quite good (though I miss plasma-desktop-wayland-session)
I also have been experiencing #356415. (For a while I thought my mouse was somehow the culprit, but it's not.) Separately, I've also noticed now that the History tab in the Launcher doesn't work consistently/properly anymore. It doesn't register all the applications that I've started and it lists the same file (with the same path) multiple times. This issue has persisted across reboots.
Another new bug: Konsole sometime renders the content of the windows behind it: #356343
I also have #356415. According to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356415#c6 it is fixed by reverting one commit
As noted with KDE ticket #356415, the task bar is broken. Click detection is sporadic at best.
In addition to this bug there is also an issue when trying to delete widgets from a panel as the delete control immediately disappears as soon as the mouse leaves the panel itself.
Beyond the PITA of this bug, I really appreciate the VERY RAPID availability of the new KDE release :)
According to #356415, comment 13 it was already reverted and fixed in the upstream. Too bad this rapid KDE release had this. I also appreciate an fast rapid availability of new versions.

Plasma-Wayland session not working. Reported #1291085.
The package breeze-gtk-5.5.0.1-1.fc23 is causing problems with LibreOffice under Gnome. It not only changes some of the basic look and feel of the application under Gnome, it also causes rendering problems in text boxes. See #1291074. (The workaround is of course to un-install it, since it's not a dependency of anything.)
Window updates are broken. Happens even when compositor is disabled.
In my case "konsole" window updates are sporadic (you have to click outside and/or inside the konsole windows to get it updated). As far as I can tell the problems start when I switch the laptop from the initial one-screen screen setup to the two-screen setup. This is quite disconcerting because you can't trust konsole output any more if only the lowest 2-3 lines are updated by default.
I have to use Nvidia blob on the test system, but in IRC channel others with OS drivers have reported similar problems
The plasma-workspace -2 build seems to fix issues with plasmashell & kscreenlock, but the problems with konsole persists. Maybe a newer konsole5 than 15.08.3 is required for 5.5.0?
please can you update to 5.5.1 ?
