Unmodified java.security gets correctly replaced. $ find /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.51-4.b16.fc22.x86_64 | grep java.security /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.51-4.b16.fc22.x86_64/jre/lib/security/java.security $ md5sum /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.51-4.b16.fc22.x86_64/jre/lib/security/java.security* 5342d5e21cb7cc1807d743fc965d910d /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.51-4.b16.fc22.x86_64/jre/lib/security/java.security Thermostat builds. with this update, I can no longer launch my Dell KVM over IP java window. Session fails with a "Network connect error"

bellet, can you please file a bug to provide more details? This update resolves a number of serious security vulnerabilities and has already been pushed to stable. It is a bit too late to revert it, but if you can provide us with more information, we can try and fix this regression.
