update of my system worked without dep issues, depcheck results for all updates
combined look (I think) pretty good, and a quick test of various boost-dependent
apps shows them all working OK.
The specfile says: # per Debian package, libelektra-full is only used for the
tests. rm -f %{buildroot}%{_libdir}/libelektra-full rm -f
%{buildroot}%{_libdir}/libelektratools-full However that shared lib is
needed by the /usr/bin/kdb-full executable installed by the RPM.

elektra-0.8.12-2.fc23.x86_64 is not installable because nothing is providing libelektra-full.so.4()(64bit) .

I'm doing a new build to fix elektra, will add it here asap.
