Patch to fix the FTBFS

scanssh-2.1.1-8.fc23

Add scanssh-2.1.1-autotools.patch (Fix F23FTBFS, #1239993).
Remove redundant -Wall from CFLAGS (Already in -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Werror=format-security -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions -fstack-protector-strong --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -grecord-gcc-switches -specs=/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-cc1 -march=armv7-a -mfpu=vfpv3-d16 -mfloat-abi=hard)

sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2015-14018
