This build is missing charset/character encodings conversion support for
communications between clients, ZNC and servers. Charset was moved from module
to core in 1.6.0 and requires libicu at buildtime (http://wiki.znc.in/Charset).
Don't know if this would be considered a bug or missing feature. This build is
otherwise working as expected.
Having used ZNC for a few days now, no issues other than the missing charset
feature. Minor bug outweighed by important security fixes. Push to stable.
