Tested on Fedora 21. The patched package (qemu-img-2.1.3-3.fc21.x86_64) fixes Glance image conversion issues in Cinder. Additionally tried manually converting an image w/ qemu-img -t none and it worked as well.
This update has reached the stable karma threshold and will be pushed to the stable updates repository
