Works, and fixes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1262082 for me. But the update command was 'LANG=C sudo dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing update hawkey dnf-plugins-core dnf', because in spanish if you don't set LANG=C the previous dnf didn't work, after the upgrade you can use dnf in spanish again.
