Can't use OTR plugin installed and working with gajim-0.16.1-3.fc22.noarch but not after gajim-0.16.4-2.fc22.noarch update (Plugin not present in list of Available). Was working fine with gajim-0.16.4-1.fc22.noarch.

I've got OTR 1.9.1 showing up on mine (a couple weeks after previous comments).
The big one for me is that this fixes XHTML, so images now work from Gajim to Conversations.
