This update removes hardening flags from the output of "pkg-config --libs libssh2", leaving it up to downstream users of the library whether to harden their builds or not.

Seems to build upstream qemu OK with that (not tried running the ssh2 side of it, but it's built/linked OK).
Should be good then, given that the only change is in the libssh2.pc file and not the library itself.
