This update drops the dependency on desktop-notification-daemon.
The desktop-notification-daemon dependency used to lead to a surprising behaviour of pulling in a random desktop environment (e.g. cinnamon) when doing an initial clean install where the transaction set included libnotify.
Furthermore, it would also pull in a full desktop environment to any koji builds where libnotify was included as a build dep.
