This update fixes a regression which caused PackageKit offline updates to fail after using DNF.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

I reproduced BZ #1221158 and verified that this patch prevents an incorrect offline update from occurring. It is worth noting that as a side-effect of this patch, unless the user manually refreshes the update page of GNOME Software, they will have to wait a day before getting nagged to apply other updates, because updating with dnf results in PackageKit deferring the offline updates until the next check.
