Bug fix: forecast.io no longer accepts non-https requests.

Works again with forecast.io. Although if I choose forecast.io as the Weather provider, I get a popup telling me to add an API key, even though I already have one. When choosing openweathermap.org, there is no such popup.
Thanks for finding this. It was a typo in the if-clause (!== instead of ==), shame on me. I just uploaded a new version. Jens
Thanks. I just gave a +1 to FEDORA-2015-c6d52e92b5 , it works with forecast.io and fixes the popup issue.
