pyrpkg has a broken dep on python-osbs, and as such can't be installed. I believe the requirement should be on the osbs package instead.
This update is currently being pushed to the Fedora 22 testing updates repository.
Please coordinate with mmilata and merge update with osbs.

osbs is now in F22 stable, so the dependency is not broken any more. In addition, this new rpkg works just fine, changing my -1 to a +1.
