Breaks my tor installation. I had to manually create /run/tor owned by toranon:toranon to make it work. This is because the new config introduces Cookie stuff in /etc/tor/torrc which requires this directory to be present.
@genodeftest: /run/tor is part of the Tor package and should be created automatically. Can you run rpm -ql tor? The directory /run/tor should be included in the output. I'm unfortunately unable to reproduce your problem.
