This fixes dnf builddep being completely broken on fc23. This really needs to get build for fc22 as well, since it's broken there too.

Update is not working seamless on F23:

Error: Transaction check error:
  file /usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/dnf-plugins-core.mo from install of python3-dnf-plugins-core-0.1.14-1.fc23.noarch conflicts with file from package python-dnf-plugins-core-0.1.13-1.fc23.noarch
  file /usr/share/locale/da/LC_MESSAGES/dnf-plugins-core.mo from install of python3-dnf-plugins-core-0.1.14-1.fc23.noarch conflicts with file from package python-dnf-plugins-core-0.1.13-1.fc23.noarch

Is there an "obsoletes" missing?

Obsoletes: python-dnf-plugins-core

Workaround (in advance, able to do without dependencies...):

rpm -e python-dnf-plugins-core

After the workaround and update applied, issue 1231572 is solved

BZ#1231572 dnf repoquery --duplicated report is different than package-cleanup --dupes

I can't reproduce @pbiering's issue, using exactly the same package versions. I have no idea why that is.
