This update has been pushed to stable
This update is force-installing a lot of gnome software on my KDE desktop. Even another file manager (nautilus). It should have never gotten to stable that way.
List of additional software required by the new update:
johnp117,
I am very sorry that this update is installing all this unwanted stuff on your system. I will try to search for the offending package that bring all these dependencies and try to see if font-manager can work without it.
I will be honest that I gave little testing to font-manager on KDE and I didn't notice all these dependencies because Gnome 3 was already installed on my system.
I will try to fix this soon.
Thank you for taking the time to report this!
enforces to install nautilus (not wanted), see #1293704
If there's anything that needs to be modified on my end feel free to ping or file an issue at https://github.com/FontManager/master
I use the packages at https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/jerrycasiano/FontManager/ Maybe there's a difference?
On my system (F23 gnome)
rpm -q --requires font-manager spits out
Doesn't seem excessive?
Attempting to remove Nautilus (dnf remove nautilus) results in the following packages being removed
Seems expected.
P.S. - Only use that repo if you're willing to install the testing branch.
