Before applying, "dbxtool -l" should show something around 14 entries in dbx on UEFI systems (though possibly several fewer). After updating the package and rebooting, it should list something around 77.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

I haven't actually tested this, but we need FEDORA-2016-650675f139 to fix an Alpha blocker bug, and this must go with it to keep the dependencies in line. So karma'ing it.
