Rebase to upstream versions mod_authnz_pam 1.1.0, mod_lookup_identity 0.9.8, mod_intercept_form_submit 1.1.0. All new upstreams bring improvements in logging. The mod_authnz_pam also fixes AuthPAMExpiredRedirect for Basic Auth.
