This updated vim packages use uncompressed help files. Help will be available in vi (from vim-minimal) again. Other fixes are listed in the README.patches file. This update is just for testing purposes and won't be pushed to -stable, spec.vim (bug 1332181, 1318991) is known to still be broken.
