Update to 4.1.6

always return 0 as 00 (hex) in color code
workaround for changes in Gtk 3.19.x
fix problem with color to hex convertion
Cleanup old instonly packages is enabled by default
fix possible traceback
don't use deprecated GObject.SIGNAL_RUN_FIRST

I've encountered a new bug (#1319348), which is fairly reproducible on Fedora 24 Xfce. Apart from this, the application runs flawlessly and the previous bugs are completely fixed.
