I am the one who reported bug 1298669. Re-installing the opensc package using "sudo dnf install opensc --enablerepo=updates-testing" fixes the issue.

@hhip are you sure that this failure is because of this package update? Nothing in that update could have caused that. Did you try accessing with the old package?
@nmap after that, a downgrade the package and did the same thing with the same behavior I will open a bug when this package going to stable... sorry
