Works good
After some time get a lot hard freezes with this kernel on T450s, especially when opening new windows or resizing existing ones. From 15 seconds up to 5 minutes after start.
BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at (null)
@cserpentis which graphics do you have? I did not get any issues on my T450s, I use the Intel graphics in Core i5 5300U.
Intel integrated one ( HD Graphics 5500 ) on i7-5600U CPU, I am able to boot and use laptop without a hickup on previous kernel.

works fine on a Thinkpad X1 Carbon

@cserpentis: Am I reading the output of the bug correctly - does it say that the kernel has been tainted? Or is that just a red herring?
WFM, Thinkpad X250.
@cserpentis same CPU/iGPU here (no dGPU obviously), no issues. Desktop is GNOME, on dock with one external display via DP.
This update also fixes bug 1361837.
Scratch that, found the config tainting the kernel, chrome was also masking the taint by it's own taint and crashes being most easily reporucable by chrome itself, after reinstalling the kernel (with removed wrong modprobe config) everything works 100%, reverting karma to +1.
no problems spotted
works fine

it takes way too long on Fedora to get out security updates compared to CentOS
This update has been pushed to stable.
This kernel update broke the sound system on my ASUS z170-WS. Soundcard as such recognized by alsa-info.sh but driver not loaded. The former kernel-4.6.4-301.fc24 works fine.
Same issue on Asus Z170-K motherboard, built in sound card disappears with this update.
My soundcard is not listed in gnome system settings -> sound -> output tab. Previous kernel 4.6.4 is working fine.
