regression: 'fedpkg retire' now fails: deletes .spec, adds dead.package... then gives new error: Could not retire package: No spec file found. This package is retired. Trying to manually push, gives another error: Could not execute push: No spec file found. This package is retired.
The root cause of my prior comment seems to come from rpkg-1.45, gave -1 karma there instead. See also bug #1353921
