This update fixes a packaging bug: the package's %post scriptlet called the killall command to signal the system bus daemon to reload its configuration, but did not list the psmisc package, which provides the command, as a requirement (#1277573). This update instead uses dbus-send to send a ReloadConfig request to the system bus daemon, and adds it as a requirement.
