This kdelibs3 update fixes the KDE 3 compatibility version of KSVG to not crash in an infinite loop on current Breeze icons. This fixes startup of Quanta Plus.
In addition, for security reasons, the grantpty and kpac_dhcp_helper SUID executables were split into an optional kdelibs3-tools subpackage that is not installed by default.
