This update has obsoleted fwupd-0.7.2-3.fc25, and has inherited its bugs and notes.
I haven't actually tested this, but we need FEDORA-2016-650675f139 to fix an Alpha blocker bug, and this must go with it to keep the dependencies in line. So karma'ing it.
