Update seems to be missing fwupdate, fwupd and dbxtool rebuilds.

fwupdate and fwupd are in FEDORA-2016-5ff724b2e5 , and dbxtool is in FEDORA-2016-0f013aee39 . We must push those updates stable at the same time as this one to keep the dependencies lined up.
Tested this and it does work for a UEFI install. With the other two updates included as well, I see no dependency problems.
