@mrunge, I don't see this in my testing. xdg-app and its subpackages are all correctly replaced. Can you post the exact steps how to reproduce this in a bug? Thanks!

I stopped the update after dnf mentioning, flatpak-libs.i686 AND flatpak-libs.x86_64 are replacing xdg-app-libs. In fact I got only the 64 bit version installed.
