Fix libstdc++ freeres support on 32bit x86. Add support for s390x risbgn (EC59) instruction. Handle huge (> 64K) symbols. Fix V bit error in 128-bit BCD add and subtract ppc64 instructions. Add support for displaying ppc64 shadow registers for the 64-bit and 128-bit registers with vgdb.
