This fixes #370213 so the light and dark icon themes are listed in system settings. However selecting either one the preview in system settings does not change neither do the icons after applying the change.
I tested with other Light/Dark Icons IE Humanity and Humanity Dark and the previews are OK and Icons change after applying.
No karma yet left incase it is unique problem on this box.
