This should fix booting on some machines whose firmware advertises TPM support but which do not have a TPM. Systems reported to be affected include Lenovo Thinkpad T400 and X200, and Dell T1500 and T1600. To fully test this update, please reinstall the initial stage bootloader with grub2-install; however, don't do this unless you're confident you can do it correctly.
