A bug fix in GCC 6.1 changed the mangling of some symbols in Boost compared to the previous build with GCC 6.0, requiring Boost and packages that depend on it to be rebuilt.
The aqsis, glmark2, diet, and adobe-source-libraries packages have also been patched to build with GCC 6, as they were failing to build previously.
