kernel booting problem found with the 4.7.6 and 4.7.7 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1384238) seems to be corrected with the last kernel-4.7.8-200.fc24 build

Looks OK on three x86_64 machines (ThinkPad T450s, server, VM).
This update has reached the stable karma threshold and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes.
