Cache isn't set obsolete. Filenames ($HOME/.cache) are still "plasma_theme_breeze-dark_v5.16.kcache" and "plasma-svgelements-breeze-dark_v5.16". This may cause serious glitches in some cases.

Well, checked another machine. That one uses light Breeze theme. Cache is set obsolete, so scripts seem to work. Most likely no issue.
