This updates opendmarc to 1.3.2 Beta 1 (with several important bug fixes compared to Beta 0) and adds several other important bug fixes beyond the crasher fix from the previous update. It is an important update as opendmarc is badly broken in many ways without these fixes applied; all users should update immediately. Many thanks to Juri Haberland for help identifying these necessary fixes.
