This update has been submitted for testing by sbueno.
I did a test with yesterday's Branched nightly and an updates.img from anaconda git equal to this package build, and it at least gets through a default install successfully, which is an improvement on 24.13.1. So I'm +1ing this.
I tested on qemu-kvm.
I installed anaconda-24.13.2-1 on a recent live (Fedora 24 Alpha Workstation). Then, I managed to try a custom layout with LVM; no issues found.
The newly-installed system boots and works as expected.
I tested in f23 QEMU/kvm with Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-24_Alpha-7.iso
dnf update *.rpm in /Downloads
liveinst worked and did a working install
previous entry is wrong install worked
negative and positive check marks are confusing to a nubie
To make karma correct
@satellit can you please check the ticks for 'Does the system's basic functionality continue to work after this update?' and 'Is the update generally functional?' Particularly the second one, which is the magic one that bumps the overall score.
default install worked, when updated on Alpha Live
done install works
Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-24_Alpha-7.iso did bare metal install of DVD>HD and this also works and install works
Tried on a Thinkpad X220, the update to anaconda-24.13.2-1.fc24 fixes the 'index out of range' error with C.UTF-8 (#1315494) for me. Although, an installed system does not boot and no grub visible.
sorry, not tested: Pxeboot
done install on vm
This update has been obsoleted by anaconda-24.13.3-1.fc24.
